If you have a solid background in software engineering and are familiar with Ruby or Python, we\u2019d like to meet you.<\/p>\n<p>Ultimately, you will execute and automate operational processes fast, accurately and securely.<\/p>\n<h3>Responsibilities<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Implement integrations requested by customers<\/li>\n<li>Deploy updates and fixes<\/li>\n<li>Provide Level 2 technical support<\/li>\n<li>Build tools to reduce occurrences of errors and improve customer experience<\/li>\n<li>Develop software to integrate with internal back-end systems<\/li>\n<li>Perform root cause analysis for production errors<\/li>\n<li>Investigate and resolve technical issues<\/li>\n<li>Develop scripts to automate visualization<\/li>\n<li>Design procedures for system troubleshooting and maintenance<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Requirements<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Work experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar software engineering role<\/li>\n<li>Good knowledge of Ruby or Python<\/li>\n<li>Working knowledge of databases and SQL<\/li>\n<li>Problem-solving attitude<\/li>\n<li>Team spirit<\/li>\n<li>BSc in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant field<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Job brief We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to help us build functional systems that improve customer experience.
